MarySue Bonetti grew up in Westchester, New York. In the late 1980s she moved to New York City where she attended the School of Visual Arts and earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in photography. As a student, Photo Forum Magazine awarded her an honorable mention. The magazine published her work and placed her talent in the top 1% of 27,000 contestants
In 1994, MarySue moved to Aspen and worked as a ski photographer. Since then, her work has included photographing weddings, corporate events, and Aspen based sporting events such as the 24 hours of Aspen, the Celebrity Downhill, the Disabled American Veterans Winter Sports Clinic, the Winter X-Games, and the NHL Alumni vs Aspen’s local Trashmen.
Her work has been published in the following: Photo Forum Magazine, The New York Times, The Huffington Post, The Aspen Times, The Aspen Daily News, Sojourner Magazine, Aspen Peak Magazine, Aspen Magazine, InStyle Magazine, Die Ziet (a German publication), The Boston Herald, Rocky Mountain Bride, and Telemark Ski Magazine.
